Australian Metro Areas: 2-3 business days – STANDARD SHIPPING
Regional Areas: 4-6 business days – STANDARD SHIPPING
Please note that these are estimated times only and we will make every effort to deliver on time. To ensure that your order is processed in a speedy fashion, please ensure that you provide a physical address, not a PO Box.
We want to make sure that you get your delivery so please ensure that you are available to sign for your delivery during business hours. Refused shipment and unclaimed goods will incur additional freight charges that will be passed onto the customer. Cost for re delivery will be charged if the address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. We will make every effort to get your delivery to you on time. We will not be liable for delayed or lost shipments. Please contact us if you have not received your order and we will work with you to track it down. We use a number of delivery carriers to make sure that we can get your order to you in the quickest time frames. We can only deliver to one address on the processed order, we cannot deliver to multiple addresses for the one sale. They need to be separate purchases.
We will not be held responsible for any delay outside of our reasonable control including but not limited to; failure of performance provided by others, internet interruptions, acts of God, strikes or other related governmental issues.
Tracking
When your order is made your confirmation email will receive a tracking number which will help you track the progress of your order. If you are unable to find your tracking number, please contact us at hello@aftertanco.com and we will endeavour to assist you with your enquiry.
International Shipping
We are now taking international pre orders. We will be in touch as soon as the order has been received to advise of delivery timeframes. If you have any questions about international pre orders please contact hello@aftertanco.com. Please note customs duties and taxes within the destination country are the responsibility of the order recipient.
Back Orders/Pre Orders
If your order is a back order (product sold out) or pre order (product pre release) please note that you will be notified via email as soon as it has been shipped. Unfortunately, this can take a little bit longer than a standard order but we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as possible.
For international pre orders we will be in touch with shipping time frames as soon as the order has been placed. For orders outside of the USA, please contact us directly and we will advise of shipping costs and timeframes.
