Returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty or received in error. Unfortunately, we will not process a refund for a change of mind, non compliance with Care Instructions (on product care labels) or difference in personal opinion. Please contact us to notify us of the issue as soon as possible, providing the details of the case.
Returns for other reasons will be accepted at the discretion of our team. In this instance the goods must be in the original condition and include all the original packaging. We are not responsible for any goods returned to us in error. Please contact us with your request for a return as soon as possible and we will provide you with a claims form.
Note that we will assess each case and contact you directly within 72 hours of receiving the goods. If faulty, we will refund or replace the product and cover freight charges for the returned goods, and replacement order. Please include the postage receipt in the return parcel. We do not accept returns after 90 days unless goods are faulty, do not match the description, or do not perform their function, all refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
If the item is found not to be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. Additional costs (with notification) for shipping may be processed on the customer’s credit card. Failing this, they will be sent to Australia Post and COD freight collected. We reserve the right to pass on labour costs where not fault is found.
Please ensure we are notified of any missing, incorrect or damaged goods via our contact us page. If you have received an order incorrectly but have used the product we will deem this as acceptance and you will not be eligible for a claim.
Refunds (exclusive of the delivery charge) will be proceed within 30 days of receiving your original notification. This will be processed on the card used to pay for the purchase. Once your refund has been processed, please note that it can take your credit card provider 1 to 7 working days to credit your account.
If we believe the returned goods have been used, we will notify you and will arrange re-delivery of the returned goods within 30 days
Unfortunately, we are only able to process return and refund requests for product purchases through the site. If the goods were purchased within a retail location please contact the retailer directly.
Promotional codes can only be processed with the order, not after the purchase has been confirmed. Credits will not be provided on price difference due to sales and promotions.
